Operations and Marketing Associate(Part time)
As an Operations and Marketing Associate, you will be responsible for the daily store and brand operations,
inventory management, and supporting the brand's marketing efforts. This is a versatile role that requires
multitasking abilities, strong communication skills, and a passion for e-commerce.
Key Responsibilities:
Operations:
● Manage retail store operations, including processing orders through the POS system and assisting
customers
● Conduct inventory management tasks such as stock-taking, product packing, labeling and more
● Pack and ship online orders from different sales channel
● List and sync product info across sales channels
● Ensure timely restocks and maintain relationships with B2B stockists
● Utilize the task management apps to prioritize and complete assigned tasks within set deadlines
Marketing:
● Assist with content creation for the brand's Instagram page, including reels, product shots, lifestyle
imagery, and brand-related posts
● Identify and collaborate with relevant influencers to generate content for the brand's social media
channels
● Reach out to influencers, follow up on partnerships, and ensure timely delivery of content
Requirements:
● Speaks Cantonese, Mandarin, and English
● Availability for at least 3 days per week, including one weekend day
● Punctual, responsible, and self-motivated
● Experience in retail operations and/or content creation for social media is a plus
● Passion for the fashion accessories industry and a keen eye for aesthetics

Location, Hours & Salary
● Monday - Friday: 1-6:30pm
● Sat-Sun: 12:30-7pm
● Work location: Central PMQ
● Salary: $70 HKD/hr
