(Senior) Facilities Officer
Job Duties:
• Provide a full spectrum of office administrative support, including:
1. Keep track of the usage of all office supplies in daily operations, and coordinate with departments to proceed appropriate ordering
2. Manage the maintenance of office facilities, pantry equipment and system furniture etc.
3. Manage all kinds of office operating services e.g., office cleaning, air conditioning cleaning, office disinfection etc.
• Support mailroom services
• Responsible for travelling arrangements, accommodations, and logistic arrangements, including Visa application etc.
• Manage all the issues for/from building management office
• Other reasonable ad-hoc duties whenever necessary e.g., setting up seats for conference and townhall meetings, ordering food and supplies for company events etc.
• Work closing with Finance in the quotation comparison and control in office expenditures.
Requirement:
• 2-3 years’ experience in facilities management / administration
• Diploma or above in business administration/ property management / facilities management
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
Place of work and Working time:
• Kwun Tong (Monday to Friday: 0900-1800)
